Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

I do NOT require a credit card or deposit to book. It’s easy breezy! Please be kind and reschedule or cancel within 24 hours.You will receive an automated text and email immediately after you book and 24 hours reminder prior to your appointment.  Please do not reply to this text. Booking Multiple Services

Click Book More Services under Confirm Booking. Please note the duration of each service. Ex. Booking Brazilian and brow wax. Brazilian at 1pm (40 min service) you need to book brow waxing at 2pm or simply book one service at a time.

Payments Accepted: 

Cash, Credit  Card, Venmo, Apple pay, Zelle (3% fee for credit card and apple pay)

Parking

Please park in front of my house by the mailbox or in my drive way. 

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $25 is required by Venmo or Credit Card prior to your next booking IF:

• You have rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment numerous times. 
• You have been more than 10 minutes late numerous times 
• You did not call, reply or show up to your appointment 1 time. 
• 2 No calls, no shows will be terminated from booking 

Treatment times are reserved for you. I value your business and ask to be notified 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, depending on service:  1). I will NOT be able to complete your full service 2). You will need to reschedule and a deposit of $25 will be required for future booking if it's your 3rd time. Please call or text me and we can work on a solution. I appreciate your understanding.

Please let me know ahead of time if you are planning on bringing someone with you. Please do not bring your toddler if you are having a lash lift service. This service requires you to close your eyes for approximately 90 minutes. I appreciate your understanding.
